Wonderful experience overall. The hotel quality, amenities, staff are all top notch and I recommend it to anyone traveling and staying in the downtown area. The hotel offers a great boutique hotel experience, great dining at The Gwynn restaurant for dinner, cocktails and breakfast and many options nearby also. Much prefer this option over large chain hotels, even the upper end hotels (JW, AC, etc).

My first time in Cincinnati, and this hotel made a wonderful first impression. The hotel was formerly the Procter & Gamble offices, and the architecture was beautiful. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. Check-in was quick and seamless, which immediately set the tone for a fantastic weekend. The room was beautiful, the bar and coffee shop were both excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything about the stay felt easy, comfortable, and well cared for. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel! They did a great job with the restoration of the historical building. Valet service upon arrival as well as departure was friendly and timely. Front desk was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located with everything you need walkable. We came for a Bengals game and a Reds series and everything was perfect. Would definetely recommend and stay again next time we visit Cincinnati!

ALL staff that we encountered was exceptional and what you would expect from a hotel as nice as the Fidelity. Superior double queen bed was perfect for my family of 3 and CLEAN. Short walk to a lot of restaurants, the ballpark & a lot of the city’s downtown attractions. We will definitely stay here again!
