“Checking in and parking were easy. The room was spacious and clean. There are lots of restaurants and two major department stores nearby (Shinsegae and Lotte). The subway stop is not connected but is in the same block. The only minor issue was the bathroom. The shower curtain was rather short, so the bathroom floor got wet after each shower (which is in the bath tub). This could be easily fixed if they wanted. ”

“La estadía fue confortable. Al llegar nos preocupó no tener efectivo en la moneda del país y fue grato poder cambiar dinero en el 2do piso del hotel, lo mismo contar con transfer a Busan Station/aeropuerto. El metro estaba muy cerca. Es mejorable el desayuno para occidentales y la utilización de tazas en lugar de material descartable. ”

“We had a bumpy start as one of our room had electrical issues but the staff quickly managed to change room and offered us a great service. Swimming pool was amazing. Staff when we checked out was also very helpful in the end. We are frequent travellers with many five star hotel experiences and we will definitely be revisiting this hotel and are planning to visit Signiel Seoul next time as well. ”
