Excellent location. Very close to the beach and the metro station. Lots of restaurants around. Rooms are very clean, cozy and comfortable. This hotel is really busy but it is very organized. The breakfast is good. Staffing is very helpful. Airport shuttle is around the corner. Very convenient and excellent place to hang out around. Highly recommend. I will stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice. Good location - close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. What I didn't like - no guests were allowed in the rooms before the check-in time, although the rooms were ready. Also, front desk staff didn't speak a word of English, and gave me a map of the area where everything was written in Korean. This is definitely not a tourist-friendly property.

Amazing location, only a minute walk to the beach. Very close to the market, many bars, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was really flavourful and plenty, consists of Korean dishes and some basic western. Wifi was fantastic, staffs were helpful and we appreciated the free laundry machines. Bathroom looked odd and plasticky at first (similar to a cruise ship bathroom) but i didnā€™t have any issues with it, loved the rain shower head with superb water pressure. Iā€™d imagine if youā€™re a large framed person, it maybe tight for you including the toilet.

The room was large, by Korean standards. It even had a small bathtub! We had a beautiful view of the beach, which was a short walk from our room. There was easy access to Gamcheon Village by bus. Breakfast had a large variety of hot, delicious foods.

Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. As it was winter we had a nice display of Christmas lights along the beach. Within 15 min walking distance to Haeundae subway station. The breakfast was wonderful surprise of various Korean dishes.

The breakfast was definitely notable! It was quite busy, but the staff was amazing and it was really nice after breakfast was finished to see them all bow and we gave them a round of applause! Location is unmatched itā€™s so close to the beach literally a 30 second walk. They need to fix the elevator situation because you can wait upwards of 20 minutes just for the elevator to come. The logistics on the elevators is very bad and they are always full. I had to take the stairs most of the time and I was on the sixth floor. That meant even with my luggage I had to walk all the way down. There was a bit of un cleanliness in the shower but other than that very clean.

Hotel is ok for its price range. Good breakfast selections. Room quite tight. Bathroom is like one you'll find in a cruise ship. Really tiny. Front desk staff is awful. We're in our 70s. I asked if we could have extra pillows because we have a bit of discomfort when the pillows are not sufficiently elevated. The young lady at the front desk was hesitant. There is a young man, who was obviously more senior, was instructing her how to respond instead of just replying directly to me. She said the hotel only allowed one extra pillow per room. This is the first hotel that we have visited that declined this type of request.
