“The property is good
Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard
It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids.
The cart services are not able to handle the load as the numbers don't match with the guests (275 rooms, 17 carts ).
Room services were taking 1.5 hours to deliver even small...

No se puede cobrar esos precios y ofrecer lo que ofrecen ahora.”

“El lugar es bonito, el piso de la habitación estaba un poco polvoso, escaleras y barandales de áreas comunes tienen mucho polvo. Por lo demás el servicio fue muy bueno, muy amable, y me dieron atención por WhatsApp desde antes de mi llegada.”
