“Location was great. The price was great I came before the tourist season 300 baht it went up to 420. It was very clean. The only issues I had was that a drying rack broke. I applied very little pressure to it while drying my hands on a towel. I talked to them they offered me a new room I told them I was ok just wanted to avoid issues with poor construction (drying rack had three holes to screw in they used 2). They said they would fix Monday I left 2 days after still not done. I own a business...

“Room was not good - bath did not work, was falling apart. TV not work either. Serious issues with staff who would ring at 4am. Hotels.com should seriously look at this place. Gross misrepresentation ”
