I was unable to shower for most of my stay. 1st night - no cold water 2nd night - no hot water 3rd night - no water at all Every time I called reception about it, the responses were dismissive “we know, we’ve called a plumber”. The bed, whilst ok comfort wise, had ill-fitting sheets that revealed bare foam rather than an actual mattress, a headboard that moved if you sat up against it, and I woke with a number of bites. “We had a brief stay at the Tollgate Inn. After arriving on a warm sunny day, it was great to sit outside with the locals and enjoy a refreshing drink. We had an evening meal and breakfast, both were very good. The staff were very attentive and friendly despite being very busy, this is a popular place. Clean room but a bit small.”
