“Very well located and easy access to the property. We asked to change rooms as we had to have the window open due to hot weather on the busy road and we were immediately offered a room at the back.
Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely recommended a stay here.”

“Unfortunately, although the staff were lovely and helpful, I would not return here.
On initially walking into the room, it looked okay at first glance, but it didn’t take much closer inspection to notice the dirt and how run-down the room actually was.
The flooring in the main room was separating in places, and I actually hurt my foot on one of the raised sections. Looking closer, I noticed the floor was still covered in dust, hair from previous occupants and, bizarrely, several hair...

“The staff were very friendly, and made us feel at home! The room was cozy and the view was beautiful, though the road outside was rather noisy, but it dies down after dark. I was hooked on the Cotswold Stout while we were there, and the town absolutely won our hearts! Highly recommended The Bear if you're around Marlborough!”
