Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Room was lovely and very good value for money. Hotel pool area needs an update but good for the kids. Bathroom in room needs a really good clean - grime around bath/shower. Shower had barely any power. Nice hotel, decent pool and sauna experience, if a little dated. Some of the check-in staff acts as if they're the most important person around,. They didn't have full booking details (Expedia) and I had to find my original emails to prove that I had paid for breakfast.
