“We were finally able to get our room 45 minutes after check in time. Not ideal. Upon returning home I have an 800 dollar charge pending from them for a stay that was already paid for. I called them but have not received a reply. I guess I'll be disputing this charge as the only way to resolve this. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful except the front desk. They seemed to have an oh well attitude.”

“We drove past before check in time and saw a note in the hosts window saying that they had gone to town which was no problem but when we attempted to call later to let the host know we’d be arriving late we couldn’t get through. Both numbers we found were “out of service”. We then called Expedia and they could not get through either getting the same message.
