Nice venue, gym a little tired but I understand new equipment is on its way. Service in the restaurant and bar was poor. Multiple people waiting 15+mins to pay for their meal or order drinks. I gave up waiting and went to the bar. I was kept up till midnight by a group socialising under my room. Then building work began at about 1am in the room below mine. Impossible to sleep through so went to reception ask for it to stop or to be moved to a different room. This was not an option so I went and asked the workmen to stop. I will not be back.

Lovely stay overall, a few areas needed updating.

Lovely stay, clean and nice facilities. Some areas looked a bit dated, carpets old and worn. We had afternoon tea, it was delicious but all chairs were low and tables high, a bit mismatched. Overall a really lovely place just could do with some new carpets and some furniture renovations.

We stayed in room 36 and wow wow wow was we blown away it was 5 star suit soo comfy we were looked after so well Food was excellent breakfast was amazing especially the sousage im.fussy about sousage they were gorgeous .the bath was separate room and very big and the walk in shower was big aswell our weekend was absolutely amazing we were spoilt and the swimming pool area was great took we'll be back. Thank you john and Megan for your kindness xxx

Crabwall Manor is a gem of a hotel with great spa facilities. We went for one night but wish we'd booked for more, our meal was without question one of the best meals I have ever eaten, we would heartily recommend

We found the hotel comfortable and clean . Staff are friendly but needs some entertainment in the evening. There were no Magazines newspapers or games to play. No welcome package in room ie places to visit and hotel facilities.
