Lovely room, great staff. Had a continental breakfast included with the room booking. Personally disappointed that it wasnt a buffet. You could help yourself to coffee from an urn (not the best) rice crispies and coco pops (I’m not 12), the fruit was a selection of apples, under ripe kiwis, oranges that had seen better days and then select single items from a menu. Refills of juice were extra. No meats or cheeses etc. for the cost I paid I would have expected a buffet and wider selection. Otherwise location was great, car parking fine (no ev charging if you’re wondering)

What a fantastic location to stay at right next to the racecourse, with excellent facilities and welcoming staff a very clean and comfortable room overlooking the racecourse. Had a small issue with the safe as we left belongings locked in it when we left. After contacting the lady on reception who was fantastic, we simply went back (2 hour journey ) and met the manageress of house keeping who took us back to our room to retrieve our belongings . Can't thank the team enough who went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be going back.

View from room was great. Location outstanding. Breakfast was a rip off ( One glass of juice with additional chargeable and one choice for a continental breakfast). Parking £20 a night if you can get a space. Place in need of some TLC, it's seen better days since my last visit. A shame, so much potential but seems want to grab as much money from you as possible without reinvesting in the experience.
