“Had a late check in @11pm. Front desk rep was friendly and professional. Check in was quick. Room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Sheets and pillows were clean and bed was very comfortable. No hassle about late checkout. Cleaning staff were very respectful and courteous. Excellent stay. I recommend The Landmark in Hartsville, SC. I will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Several parts of the room were dirty, there weren't a deskt to work with my laptop, and nobody cleaned my room throughout my 15 days stayed. Bed it's very good, it is comfortable, you got an iron, microwave and a refrigerator.”

“The room was remodeled nicely. It wasn’t something by just thrown together. There was care in the work that was done. It was very clean. There were no bad smells and no smell of paint or any kind of construction. The owner or property manager was onsite when I checked in late due to travel and was there walking the building with one of the housekeeping or maintenance staff. “DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, Staff says they don’t take online reservations, even though it was paid for, had to ask for a refund and during that process staff was shouting to the Expedia employee, felt unsafe during this incident, had to pay for a different hotel in the next town.”
