“The room, service and stay were excellent! I was not satisfied with the continental breakfast service. Normally, there is a staff member monitoring the food and beverages to make sure food is available 6:00AM - 9:30 AM. Three consecutive days (3-6 October 2025), the food supply and service were terrible. Orange juice, muffins, milk, and waffles were out before 7:30 AM without resupply throughout 9:30AM. ”

“Several parts of the room were dirty, there weren't a deskt to work with my laptop, and nobody cleaned my room throughout my 15 days stayed. Bed it's very good, it is comfortable, you got an iron, microwave and a refrigerator.”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, Staff says they don’t take online reservations, even though it was paid for, had to ask for a refund and during that process staff was shouting to the Expedia employee, felt unsafe during this incident, had to pay for a different hotel in the next town.”
