“Beautiful location with stunning views. The room was contemporary and well equipped. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the many choices of beers and wine. Ample parking with easy access. My only negative with the room is that the shower cubicle and bathroom could do with some maintenance by way of grouting and sealing, as there was quite a bit of mould in the shower. “What a beautiful hotel. I stayed in a superior double which was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and excellent tea and coffee, biscuits and water. “Approached down the sort of steep, narrow and winding lane that makes urbanites nervous, the hotel has a mercifully spacious carpark. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was good, and the waiting staff exceptional.
