“I came here to visit the universities, and the hotel forgot to clean my room. I mentioned around noon that they should clean it before my second tour, which was at 5:00 PM, but they still didn’t do it. I was very frustrated; the customer service was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful when it came to assisting customers. The supervisor was unable to resolve anything, and the manager was completely absent. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“Excelente hotel un clásico de los 60s. Muy cómodo bien ubicado. Tiene un lounge-bar muy ameno. Vale la pena para cambiar un poco de los típicos hoteles de cadena.”
