“The hostel was recently opened at the time of my stay so they were still figuring some things out and getting situated. What I appreciated was that the staff were all very open to suggestions and receptive to feedback. I stayed in their ADA room, which they were kind enough to upgrade me to after I'd booked a bed in the dorm room.
