Location was wonderful. Hotel was lovely and the room was very clean and enormous! Bathroom was a bit dated and could use an update but overall it was a charming hotel filled with tons of character. Front desk staff was fabulous at helping me find great walkable restaurants! Wedding venue was gorgeous and the views from the terrace were amazing. Would stay here again!

The staff was welcoming and helped us with our requests promptly. We appreciated the upkeep of an old hotel with a history. The only issue was that the heaters in the room didn’t work, but they sent up space heaters immediately, when we told them about the issue. The restaurant was convenient and the food and service were excellent. Also, close to the hospital and downtown - convenient!
