“Comfortable and modern business hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good shower and WiFi. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, something for everyone and very good. Walking distance from good restaurants (the hotel restaurant is also very good) and shopping malls.”

“Very good mattress, spacious and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling and decoration makes it really cozy. The breakfast is good offering fruits, western and indo dishes and eggs. Internet wasn’t that reliable. We stayed 2 nights there, the second we had a drunk neighbor that was really noisy at 3:30 a.m. That made us noticed that there’s a noise isolation issue at the rooms, you can even hear the TV sound from next door. So if your neighbor is quiet and polite you won’t have any issues.”

“The room is very comfortable and clean. The staffs were helpful.After the online check-in was done. I needed to receive the boarding pass through the hotel e-mail. Suppose I needed to pay for it but they waived the charges. ”

The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with authentic Indonesian flavors (not westernized like most hotels) — really delicious! Also, it’s close to many great food spots in Manado center.
