“Hotel is clean, comfortable and food good at breakfast. Really well situated. ”

“Check in was easy, big space, bathtub, really comfy bed, fridge, washing machine...it was great! Only issue was the satellite was a bit spotty and the street behind the building, Prince of Wales, seemed a bit run down. Quite a few boarded up places and noticed a sign for a"gentlemen's club". Ick. But it was just a short walk to the cathedral and market. ”

“This is a very nice place, comfortable and cosy. Big rooms with good equipment and comfortable beds. Extremely friendly staff. It's located in a very centric location, 5 min from the train station and the city centre and all bus stops. It's in the main street of "weekend night life" (if you like to go party, the have discounts for a nightclub), so it may be a bit noisy during weekends... but the rest of the week is very quiet. For a B&B (not hotel) is probably the best I have been.”

“We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. ”
