Stayed for 2 night in clean comfortable rooms had 2 spa sessions one a deep tissue massage which was exceptional and then my husband and i did the beer and champagne spa which was lovely the spa itself was fantastic The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us will defo go back

Wonderful experience in this exceptional property. Grounds were amazing and on right on the Norfolk Broads. Breakfast was indeed an occasion and the food was first-class. The complimentary 2 hours per day in the Spa was a treat and the property is only a short walk to the two

Good location for a boutique hotel Sadly, heating went off so we had to move rooms and was given a heater overnight which was not great as it had to be on all night and was noisy. Rooms looking a bit tired, but the place is old so to be expected. Food was okay but pricey for what we had in the restaurant in the evening. Staff were very friendly and accommodating where possible to alleviate issues.

My wife picked this hotel after seeing a TikTok video. We both wanted a spa weekend so decided to come to Norfolk Mead. We had a great experience. All Members of staff were very pleasant and the Spa facilities were superb. Food in the restaurant was excellent, particularly breakfast. Overall we both had a very enjoyable stay.

Upon arrival, the hotel was incredible, parking was easy, we was ealry to check in, however, we were made comfortable at the bar to unwind with some drinks prior. The garden was lovely, the spa facilities was beyond expectation, more so, the beer spa which we booked in for, was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, the food was outstanding, the best 3 course meal we've ever had. A massive thank you to the staff for accommodating my needs regarding proposing to my wife to be! Fantastic ring, its had nothijg but high praise by all that have seen it (including fiancé) We will definitely be back next year but for a longer period of time for sure, this place will always have a special place in our hearts.
