Vacations Close To Niagara Falls Convention Centre

Parking underground is always a little convoluted. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is a great treat. Fitness room has wide range of weights and a few versatile machines and treadmills.

It took three calls and more than an hour to get a dental kit delivered to my room. When I asked for a bottle of water, the front desk wanted to charge me five dollars. Housekeeping leaves two complimentary bottles when they set up a room, and I stayed two nights, so I'd expected them to be restocked on the second day rather than sold back to me. Small things, but they set the tone.

The hotel itself was fine and we had a good stay overall, but the housekeeping was pretty disappointing. We stayed for four nights and our room only got serviced once. We were out of the room a LOT, so it was frustrating to keep coming back and realizing it hadn’t been cleaned. We had to call the front desk a couple of times for things like fresh towels and toilet paper. I totally understand if there’s a certain window for housekeeping, but it seems odd that we only managed to get service once during a four-night stay, especially since we weren’t in the room much. Not a huge deal, but definitely something that could have been better.

Clean

The place is very modern and clean however they need to get more staff to clean rooms. We went out the majority of the day and around late afternoon housekeeping showed up.

Staff and room were very nice. Will consider next trip to Toronto. Thank you
