We were too tired to drive home, so we decided to stay at this hotel and found a great deal! Check-in was easy, and Tej was very helpful and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and well-kept. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for a last-minute stay!

I loved how accommodating they were. Everything was useful, staff were kind. They were also super clean I just wished breakfast was included instead of menu based…. Otherwise 5 stars. Also very easy to get to the falls and the Niagara strip from there. There’s a path everyone follows and takes you 5 mins to get there, so essentially you are right beside the falls. Also infronr the bus stops and everything important in Niagara.

Once I came in for my check-in, we were told that our room was upgraded to the Hiltons complimentary. We were so excited. At Hiltons, everything went smoothly and even had shuttle busses that would take us to ans from to pick up oir car. Thank you for all your lovely staff

Excellent stay, had an issue with toilet flushing they came straight away with a plumber to fix, couldn’t fix but moved us to another room straight away! Great location, walking distance to falls. Only downside paying for parking when you’re staying at the property and pool was not open end of May early June. It was mid 20s so more than warm enough.

Property is in a convenient spot for all activities in that area and at a reasonable price compared to the bigger hotels. The only thing that I would like to see is that parking is included in the rental of the room. Otherwise the staff were friendly and obliging.
