“Even though we had a problem with the laundry room, washer and dryers weren’t working probably. Staff made sure to reimburse all money that was spent and even let me stay pass checkout because it was taking so long. They were very understanding and patient. I probably won’t wash my clothes there again but I will for sure book another stay there. ”
