Has to be the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. The manager Jack was so nice and we found out he comes in on his day off, Sundays, to make blueberry pancakes for the guest at the outside grill area for breakfast. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the wheeling area.

My wife said that this Hampton Inn was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! The room was super clean, the staff were very friendly, and to our surprise, the shuttle took us to the perfect Italian restaurant! I would vote this hotel as number one! Well worth the stay !

We stayed here twice, once on our way from New York to Illinois and again on our way back, and it was a great place to stop with our kids after a long drive. The pool area is definitely the highlight of the hotel. Our kids loved it, and it was the perfect way to unwind after being in the car for hours. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue we had was with our first stay. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the bathroom had a strong cigarette smoke smell. We were too tired to report it since we wanted to get the kids settled and enjoy the pool. On our return trip, however, our room was clean and completely free of any odors. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel. Theres a pool, 2 hot tubs, rain Forest shower, and steam room showers. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and smelled really good. The entire hotel was nice and clean. And the staff was excellent. And very friendly and helpful. And we took the free shuttle to the casino. Totally recommend booking with this hotel. Only complaint was the bed was a lil hard but not terrible. 5/5
