“There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

“The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. Conversations can be heard in the hallway as well as music from the street, so if you need a soundproof unit, look elsewhere. The pool area is huge! Likely 2.5 times an olympic pool in length. “Cockroaches everywhere...can of bug spray left on top of refrigerator so you can play exterminator...very rusty pipes leaking under sink creating a breeding ground for cockroaches...two toilets with weak flush that clog...air-conditioner in master BR stopped working after 20 minutes...almost all remote controls had dead batteries...peeling wood work...master bed has a slump worn into the spring...too much...avoid until the owner fixes and brings back to code.”
