“The hotel is far from Venice, the hotels shuttle service was not available and it was a nightmare to get there, the body cream gave me a horrible rash and the staff charged the tourist tax twice, on arrival and check out. The staff was not helpful about information about vaporetos and they didn’t tell us we needed a previous ticket for the chapel. The hotel staff actually didn’t help at all.”
