Great place to stay. Room was huge. Nice little area with several restaurants and close to the waterfront. Train station is within walking distance

Definitely recommend this hotel. Beautiful room and bathroom. The room was quite large so that was nice. It was quiet and the beds were firm and very comfortable. The hotel itself is lovely. Valets open the doors for you each time you exit. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. We had the pancakes and the french toast, they were both delicious. I would definitely stay there again. Our room was at the very end of the hallway so nice and quiet.

Having access to a full kitchen elevated our two week stay and put Town Inn Suites above most hotels in the city.

Bad entertainment in lounge. In room, computer lighting in bedroom (both pads) do not work. Coffee maker does not work. No power outlets on desk or near desk.

Staff was nice in check in, also dining staff was nice. Food for breakfast was sufficient. Generally, room was clean and kitchen was fully furnished with plates, utensils, etc.

Hotel is very spacious and clean with nice decor. Breakfast service was slow and the value at the grab and go was sub par. The security union strike ruined our 2 night family stay, in dealing with blocked entrances into the hotel. Waiting for 3 hours to get into the property each afternoon was frustrating with no police presence to manage the timing of traffic. Hotel should have been on top of this and not used the excuse of it being not affiliated with the security contracted staff. It affects your business, using an apologetic type warning letter displayed at the hotel front desk is a cop out and doesn’t work. I want me money back!

The hotel was clean. The staff member seemed annoyed when I first came in as we arrived early and I wanted to inquire about an early check in. They were in the back office and didn’t get up from their chair and gave off the impression of annoyance. The elevator system is not ideal, and during any busy time you have to wait quite a while for your keypad-designated elevator to arrive. It was expensive for what it was. Otherwise clean room, bed was comfortable.
