“We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable.”

“Lovely staff. However, the bathroom was separate from the room - although private and this was a bit of a. Issue - although my fault because I have not understood that private bathroom meant separate. I slept really well though. Other bugbear - WIFI it’s useless and I am very glad I wasn’t visiting for work. However, the Bull was friendly, inexpensive and I slept well.”

“Some sort of food scattered on the floor freezing cold bedroom felt like we were in a refrigerated room. Rail on the stairs was not safe wobbled as you held onto it. Stuff were very pleasing when we arrived. Stayed for an hour and decided to move out to somewhere more suitable the same day.”

“The property is 400 yrs old so expect things to be uneven. The current owners have only been there a few years so maybe they still have work to do. The bedrooms are described on the website as "stylish "....I would say plain. The bedding was clean, bathroom ok but it was difficult to get the shower to the right temperature...it was either boiling or cold. Room 5 had a frosted window but it was hot so we had it open. The room could do with a slight update....e.g. more plug sockets and a bigger...

“What I didn't like was the Noise from the traffic over the night, other wise was pleased with the large room, clean and comfortable. Parking area OK but very dusty. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.”

“The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down. “Lovely sized room, great atmosphere in the Pub. Nice location to explore Ironbridge. Breakfast items already in the room (crunchy nut cornflakes / rice krispies / pain au chocolat with a small fridge containing milk / yoghurt / preserves / orange juice. Downside to this was the small fridge was a little noisy.”

“The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Ironbridge Gorge The room and bathroom was clean and every member of we met were very pleasant and helpful.Breakfast was ok but we ate in the restaurant one night and was disappointed with the food,in our opinion it wasn’t very tasty.”
