“No acepten upgrades ni elijan la habitación 4 del interior del castillo,tampoco les recomendaría que se alojarán ,ya que mi experiencia en el no resultó positiva,luego me contestarán con algúna respuesta tipo,pero les aseguro que hay muchos castillos en Inglaterra mejores que este.”

“Lovely, clean, and comfortable room. The bed and mattress were of excellent quality, and I had a very good night's sleep. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was fantastic. The portions were generous, and the food was of a very high standard. We stayed in the family room and, unfortunately, there was a noticeable iron burn mark in the middle of the carpet. “This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are really spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything you need in one place for a great stay. There are two restaurants, only ever eaten at The Three Mile which is exceptional, something for everyone on the menu and great value.”

“Excelente entorno e instalaciones. Las habitaciones en planta 1 carecen de ascensor: no es accesible! La instalación de climatización es insuficiente en la habitación par un espacio tan grande: hace frío!”

“We chose it for the spa which was well looked after and in good quality. The room was very tired, soft furnishing were ok but paint and decor was very old as was the bathroom. Food at the linden was adequate but at London prices. We only ate there once.”

“Staff were lovely at reception, very helpful & pleasant. I do enjoy a smiling welcome. Also bar staff were great too. Bed was super-comfy. Good size room & shower room. Downside was having no fridge in the room for a hot July weekend & that the toilet seat was stained with what I assume to be fake tan. Pool was great too. Already booked to stay again next month.”
