“Room not cleaned. Returned late in the day from a funeral and bed was unmade, towels damp, tea and coffee not replaced. No cleaning whatsoever. Room was clean initially but property is old and dim due to lack of natural light. The Inn is a 'pub' and breakfast is served in the bar area. Claustrophobic and unpleasant. Misinformation by staff about breakfast meant we did not get a cooked breakfast on first day. Overpriced for the standard of service provided.”

Although the room wasn't particularly large, it had been recently renovated, featured a double bed, and was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our short stay. “Set in a beautiful location amongst the trees just outside the town, but easily walkable to the pretty town centre. The hospitality was fantastic. Sean is so knowledgeable and helped us with lots of information about the wider area. He is also a super host and made us instantly comfortable. Breakfast was superb - we have stayed in quite a few B&Bs in north Wales now, and this is definitely the best breakfast we've experienced on our trip. “People make our stays - never was that more true then with Carrie and Mike!!!! Geniuses and making people feel welcome. Left with 6 bottles of Carries homemade marmalades. You must go to know how true this is.”

“The room was basic but clean and a great location. There is no parking and it did take about an hour to find parking which was 24 hours. It was a Bank Holiday though so it was busy. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear other people coming and going and playing loud music from their rooms and that made it hard to sleep properly. ”
