“Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults.”

“Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️”

“We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. “La propiedad se encuentra en una localización muy tranquila y se puede disfrutar muy bien la playa , el hotel muy bonito y los jardines hermosos, al igual la comida deliciosa, sin embargo su limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor, del baño salía un olor muy desagradable y las paredes del baño con un poco de moho tuvimos que pedir que la limpiaran de nuevo, se ven instalaciones un poco dañadas sobre todo el baño y muebles un poco viejos. ”

Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay”

“We spent 3 weeks at Martin’s Comfort - late January to mid February. Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable. However during the next few days this was sorted out by the staff and it was lovely to have it back in use - not a...
