“No hot water for entire stay. Staff were told but did nothing to help”

“We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. “Terrible el proceso de check in y check out. Mas de 1,5 horas esperando. Hotel muy ruidoso, restaurante muy bueno”

“We recently stayed at the Ibis Calangute while in Goa for some very sad family business, and I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and its staff. “Clean room, good staff”

“Ubicación muy buena cerca de calangute que es de las zonas más turísticas, está a 10 min caminando de varios restaurantes y la playa, fueron muy amables en darnos recomendación de alimentos y lugares nocturnos, el personal siempre atento de nuestras necesidades, el camino para llegar a la playa está un poco descuidado pero todo lo demás fue perfecto. ”

“Clean and neat place in north Goa. Perfect for families with kids”

“good”

“Property is very much different from the pictures on Expedia. It is not maintained at all. I hardly could stay for even one day.”

“A friendly hotel where the staff were all welcoming. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive. Very comfortable room and bed. Handy for the train station. I found it a bit strange that reception staff would not book an auto or taxi for me but gave me the numbers to do it myself.”

“Clean property and really helpful friendly staff; great central location near airport. the breakfast spread was really good too”

“I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay”

“Poor customer service it’s not spacious room no storage”

“Property need refurb ………. Bathroom was leaking …. Room No 315 ……. Power cut offf at night ….. takes time for them to turn on Generator”

“Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. El hotel está en el centro de Goa y puedes ir fácilmente en moto o coche al norte y sur de Goa en el mismo día. El hotel está bastante bien. Habitaciones amplias y limpias, con bañera y varias terrazas. Volvería.”

“Für indische Verhältnisse war alles gut. ”
