“Very disappointing experience — I would not stay here again We booked Paradise Lakes Motel through Expedia, but when we arrived late at night after driving from Melbourne, there was nobody at reception. We called the motel’s landline and the mobile number displayed at the property, but neither was answered. “Cheap but noisy!”

“The room was clean. Disappointing thing was unavailability of staff at a time I reported the kettle suddenly stopped working. Also property situated on busy main road which was noisy. Otherwise stay was comfortable.”

“Room was very clean and the bathroom excellent. Amenities in the room were adequate. Staff most helpful (even helped with setting up TV) Car parking in front of the unit. Certainly a 10 out of 10. Thanks”

“The cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a motel. Spa bath was nice, shower water pressure was average. TV wouldn't turn on- turning it off an of at the wall worked- weird but ok. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, would stay again. Easy walk into town for food.”

“No contact, except for one telephone call by me, to let them know my phone number because Expedia does not supply it to them. Check-in and check-out via SMS, no face to face contact. I like the method they use to let you access the room on arrival.”
