The rooms were very outdated, and honestly, I felt like I was staying at a motel rather than a hotel. I booked a three-day stay, but after seeing the condition of the room, I decided to leave after the first day and book another hotel that was more up to par with what I expected. The experience was very disappointing.

The only hotel that our family will stay at in NYC. We came in late from a long day of travel and both David and Angelique went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our rooms with their friendly and welcoming personalities as they checked us in. And lovely Mohammed visiting us after our check in to make sure all was well. The personal attention and warmth that this hotel is second to none and our family is beyond grateful for the excellent service, stay and experience. We look forward to coming back again soon and seeing this wonderful staff!
