Hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. Charming white stucco villas with red tile roofs, unbelievably CLEAN, very quiet and calm, not a party hotel, warm saltwater pools, super safe, almost like its own little village, incredibly friendly staff, yummy restaurants. Book through the resort website instead of Expedia and definitely get the all-inclusive package (even if you don’t drink) with airport transportation. My single complaint is that the air conditioner is super loud. But I cannot believe how incredible this hotel is, especially for the price.

Nice overall, a bit loud for being by the main road. Concierge help was non existent if you didn’t sign up for the timeshare presentations :-/ They wouldn’t book Club Bistro restaurant if you aren’t an owner. Several nice touches gone this year now that Holiday Inn has bought the property. Sea was calm and shallow but tons of seaweed/sargassum on the beach, not great for swimming of playing around with the kids. Food was good.

Amazing services. The amenities are definitely something to remember. The staff were very attentive. The entire place was so clean and the room service and restaurant staff were so nice. I have absolutely no complaints except for the concierge. It was definitely harassing my family trying to sell us something.
