“I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

“Truly one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Absolutely stunning views from the room, the dining area, the pool -- everywhere really! The staff is also exceptionally friendly and lovely. The cocktails and food were incredible, both in the dining area as well as upon arrival (welcome drinks) and in the room (snacks, truffles, etc.). Everything felt so well thought out and special. “This apartment was so cute and so modern. It had everything we needed. The apartment was very convenient to walk to eat or shop or even to the beach. May want to bring a rechargable handheld fan. If the heat doesn't get you the humidity absolutely will. We would stay here again.”

“I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. “We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much.
