“The location is perfect with easy access & a car park at the back (payable) & also a tunnel going through to the promenade, perfect for a stroll. The view from the bay fronted room was stunning; highly recommended.
The staff are all very hard working but courteous at all times & can't do enough for you.
The food is good & reasonably priced.
The poached eggs and mushrooms I had for breakfast was delicious!

“The hotel is set in a beautiful location with stunning views overlooking Lake Windermere. The staff are lovely, efficient, and professional- we were even allowed to check in early and received a wonderful room upgrade on arrival!
A few small improvements would make the experience even better:
Cleanliness- There were a few spiderwebs on our ceiling that were missed during room prep.
Amenities- For a 4-star hotel, we missed having a mini-fridge in the room. Complimentary bottled water in the...
