“2泊しました。ケンダル駅から近く、移動にも観光にも便利な立地です。朝食が特に気に入りました。通常のイングリッシュ・ブレックファストだけでなく、ベジタリアンメニューなども柔軟に選べ、味もとても美味しかったです。ダイニングの雰囲気も良く、朝からゆったり過ごせました。部屋はどこかアットホームで落ち着く雰囲気があり、快適に滞在できました。建物自体にも歴史を感じさせる趣があり、ケンダルという街の雰囲気によく合っていると感じました。一点だけ気になったのはタオル交換です。客室清掃が3日に1回という方針は理解していますし、タオルは別途依頼すれば交換してもらえるとの案内もありました。ただ、一度お願いした際には行き違いがあったのか交換されておらず、後ほどフロントで改めてお願いするとすぐに対応してもらえました。その点を除けば、立地、朝食、雰囲気ともに満足度が高く、ケンダル滞在の拠点として良いホテルでした。”

“Great value for money. The view from the room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and clean. Shower was nice and warm. Plenty of tea/coffee provided. My meal in the bar was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is a very old coaching inn, and needs a little tlc in places (e.g, the corridors/stairs could do with a lick of paint) but this is reflected in the price. The room was nicely decorated and well presented. I enjoyed my stay & will happily stay again in the future.”

“Hotel is in good location. Close to rail station and verious bus stop, restaurants etc. I arrived early and my room was ready so that was great 👍 and I was really happy about it. The problem is that building is closed during the day and no one around to help if something goes wrong. When I arrived to the hotel on my second night I find out that my bathroom light is not working. Manager has sent 2 staff members but they couldn't help so I didn't have light there at all.
