“The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and the items were quickly replenished. My favourite thing about breakfast was the real dishes and cutlery! I don’t know about you , but the wooden stuff makes my teeth hurt! The breakfast lady was a real gem too! The only thing I would say was not up to par was the lack of towels in the pool area. Beds were great and the pillows were good as well.”

“Beds too hard and the bathroom door needed to be shaved down. It was scraping on the floor. The lounge was closed very early.”

“I had a do not disturb sign on my door and someone still came into my room and cleaned it all up and the bed was so uncomfortable sorry.”

“The room was clean. The first night we stayed, we discovered the AC did not work. The following morning we let them know at the front desk and we were given keys to another room. The staff were very willing to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast was great and a very good variety. We were very pleased with our stay and will stay there again.”

“There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived and there was a number to call which was out of service. The room was absolutely filthy and there was a hole in the wall.”
