Overall, I’d give this motel a 6/10. The place was pretty small, and as a traveler, I expected a little more. The staff wasn’t very helpful either. I asked for assistance finding my room, but they told me they didn’t know and then watched me walk around the building trying to find it myself. The cleanliness was okay, but nothing exceptional. I also requested extra blankets and towels and unfortunately never received them. :) Overall, it was an okay stay, but based on the experience and lack of customer service, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was great and very helpful. My room had a weird smell and they moved me with no issues. Breakfast was great. Very clean rooms and hotel as whole. They had construction going on on one side of the building and you wouldn’t know if you hadn’t seen the trucks.

I loved the place! Aesthetic pleasing setup . Staff was nice and helpful. Was in love with the room I booked . Parking wasn’t super flexible , you either had to valet to ensure parking or parking on the street. It wasn’t certain you would have space each time . I would recommend valet , they were very nice. Also during my stay , the fire alarm went off , didnt think it was a real one cause I never seen any smoke or anything . Staff didn’t say anything during check out . Didn’t love having to wake up at 1 in the morning for a false alarm but overall a great stay . Would stay again.

Another amazing stay at the Magnolia Hotel! This was our third stay for Dallas FanExpo weekend and our third 5-star time. From booking to arriving to the room to the amenities, it was all amazing. I love, love, love the vintage feel and design of the hotel too. The original elevators are so cool, but give yourself time to wait on their arrival: Sometimes they can take a few extra minutes! 😁 I can't wait for next year's FanExpo weekend so we can stay again!

I had a great stay at the motel! It was clean and affordable, which was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option. While the staff did not bother us at all the lady responded almost immediately to each message and request.
