a beautiful spot, the views and surrounding areas were well kept. great views of the ocean, and a great spot for a big rainbow! we had a picnic near the water and utilized the Adirondack chairs

The beautiful water views and expansive lawn leading down to the water make this property truly special. We loved the peaceful setting, the clean and comfortable accommodations, and the convenience of having so many great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!

We had a lovely stay, the location is wonderful with an amazing view. The room was very clean and decorated with the sea in mind. Would certainly stay there again. The beautiful town of Rockport is just minutes away and Camden and Rockland are also very close.

This property was our favorite as we drove down the coast of Maine! The owners were friendly and helpful. The property was very well maintained and spotless! The decor in our room was updated and very welcoming. We could see the water right from our window and there were two chairs outside our room for us to enjoy the sight and also two chairs inside our room to enjoy the sight through the window. The room itself was so spacious. We just wished we could have stayed more than one night!

A great choice while staying in the Rockland/Rockport area. A very well appointed room overlooking the property's sweeping back lawn down to the cove. Also a very nice looking pool area with loungers and umbrellas.

The hotel grounds were lovely, the room was clean, neat, well appointed. The balcony overlooking the water was beautiful. It was relaxing and although we didn’t use the pool, others did and it is a lovely setting, well maintained.
