“Stayed 4 days with 3 different bookings 2+1+1 first two days room was good but it didn’t have any view so when I booked 3rd night asked to change room with view, so they accepted to change the view was ok but shower pressure was too low, so on the next booking I ask if I can change my room because the shower is bad receptionist said they cannot change because they are full (It’s hard to believe because I can still book rooms from Expedia which means it was not full) and they can send some guy...

“The best !!!!!!! 10/10 100% recomended i love it”

“Perfect”

“Highly recommended. university arms isn’t just a beautiful hotel — it’s a place that understands what true hospitality means. Every space reflects elegance. Every detail feels intentional. And the team? Exceptionally professional, responsive, and kind. When a hotel combines style with substance — and the humility to listen and improve — it earns more than a good review. It earns trust. And admiration. Thank you for the experience. 💙 ”

“Zona ruidosa de Estudiantes. Personal no te atiende por teléfono...”

“Wonderful staff”

“Preciosas instalaciones ”

“Nobody waited for me; I couldn't make the check-in because no one was there. I was alone in the middle of the night without any help. Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. The hotel looks terrible, and the staff is not professional at all. I had to book another hotel, and nobody replied to my messages. It is an awful experience; don't go to that...

“Guido was very helpful and accommodating, nice large room with en suite. Ideal location for exploring Cambridge being only a short walk away from the river. Facilities in room included a mini fridge which was well stocked with complimentary items. Really quiet as well, slept well every night. Thanks Guido and family! Chris & Lauren”
