Vacations Close To Calistoga Speedway

The room was good. However bathroom fan was extremely loud. I was very disappointed that they really don’t have breakfast. There were 2 prices listed so I paid more for “breakfast included” and they had stopped serving breakfast. They put out wrapped pastries and muffins. That pricing should be changed.

I would stay here again if I was in Oakland again, breakfast was good room was a nice size room, they have security around the premises, to those who are weary about Oakland.

Well, it’s on the wharf so that’s nice Good View And they did have a hot tub that works, so that was very nice The only negative is the charge for the parking for 45 and it’s not easy to bring your luggage in in a few places But on the whole, it’s a pretty nice hotel. They do have a nice restaurant not cheap but decent food.

Excellent hotel with home away from home feel. Free breakfast every morning was awesome.

Overall very satisfied, considering the property is older and I only paid $100 for one night in the Bay Area. It was clean inside, the hallways smell clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast included boiled eggs, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal, coffee and juices, waffles, pastries, bagels. I was a happy camper. The pool is outdoors. Surrounded by a fence with tall bushes that offered privacy. The water is not heated but it was swimmable with outside temp of mid 70s. Our room included complementary coffee and 2 bottles of water. Check out was noon. $18 parking, shuttle to Oakland airport and my main attraction was closeness to my favorite Marina park. They have Horatio’s and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance as well. Costco is only 10 mins away

Great location. Beautiful views of San Francisco city and the bay. Helpful staff and was happy they provided fresh coffee in the lobby for free. Nice safe parking lot.

Room was clean and recently remodeled. Dish TV channel selection was appreciated. Check in process seemed extraordinarily long. First came the processing of our payment arranged through Hotels.com wrnsite. Then came a security deposit fee. Then came the identify your car license plate. I understand step 3 to a degree. I’m not clear on why many hotels don’t apply a step 2 (deposit). Perhaps I’ve been staying in the wrong parts of town.
