The hotel is as pictured although some of its amenities require a bit more upkeep. For example, our bathroom door was quirky and didn't always close. The entryway to the pool was tight and right in front of the hotel bar, and the pool shower was across from the restaurant tables. The cleaning staff is amazing and truly kind, but sadly we were not as keen with the reception staff. It seemed like there was a lot of mis/or lack there of communication between the staff and the management and general procedures were not answered within a timely manner.

The staff were very nice. The airport shuttle was excellent but the price of the hotel wasn't worth it. I paid around $86 USD for a $60 dollar hotel.
