Great location, attentive staff

The Hotel is a block away from Little Italy in San Diego, so location is fantastic. There is also a British Pub on the corner, handy for a quick beer after a great Italian meal. Parking can be an issue, so plan ahead. I have a Handicap Sticker and found handicap parking close to the hotel. We will be back.

Staff are amazing but they have to be because they know the location is overpriced and personal who run the motel lost touch of what a resort is and will take advantage to milk every penny away from you. Buildings 7 and 8 have temperatures at 72 degrees and cannot be adjusted. Walls are thin plus pet friendly equals a lot of barking from a “pet friendly location” Will here all foot steps above if on the bottom floors Definitely saw rats multiple times. Outdated rooms, a lot of pretty flair being the truly broken stuff if you look close enough. Objects like water bottles and stuff dolphins are placed there to trick into milking move money out of you $35 breakfast that is hotel food Resort fees and paying to park ever night when you get there. $500 deposit onto of everything.
