“Was an ok stay. Brasserie staff good and helpful. Garden Bar staff were either great or unfriendly! Unfortunately it was one very unfriendly female member of staff who made it difficult. Breakfast was plentiful but hot food was tepid and not a good quality. Overall an ok stay!”

“Dining room restaurant chairs stained and dirty carpet dirty and beyond cleaning timber floors need sanding snd polishing understaffed Staff very friendly and helpful Television not tuned overall the hotel needs preventative maintenance very noisy facing canal could not recommend this facility one of the worst premier inn hotels I have visited”

“Lovely friendly staff, always remembering that I stayed before. We get the room we have requested. We order a vegetarian roast which is outstanding, food delicious and hot. Plenty of parking. Depending where the room is you can hear the traffic going past in the evening & mornings but overall alovely stay. That's why we keep going back and also you have a choice of breakfast part of the deal.”
