“Really clean room. Boutique decor.”

“Pam and I were made very welcome and didn’t feel like outsiders at all. Brilliant decor and comfort. I would highly recommend Oliver’s Guesthouse Peter Finbarr-Smith”

“Nice hotel very good staff room was spacious and comfortable breakfast was good bit noisy from Road in the morning but that can’t be helped otherwise a very good stay would recommend .”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our night at Cleatham Hall. Very pleasant older house with all modern conveniences.”

“Very kind helpful staff, excellent amenities, tidy and welcoming. Highly recommended for couples or solo travellers.”

“Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and the breakfast was great, decor a bit dated but it didn’t distract from the overall experience.”

“Again a good experience will come back soon”

“The staff were not the most helpful. We were attending the wedding of my brother in law and wanted early access to our room to get ready. They said they would 'try'. It was 1.55pm when we were given access - the checkout time was 11.00am and the wedding was due to start at 3.15pm. They should have prioritised our room but I felt they were just being awkward. The room was ok for the price. The breakfast was good, but they still tried to charge us for it even though we'd paid for it the night...

“Big room with only one radiator. Room was cold on entry . Put heating on full and room was warm in about 2 hours . 2 single beds pushed into make a double . Spend some money and get a double mattress. Bathroom very adequate and functional. Plenty of parking . Not a bad stay .”

“Fabulous rural location for a peaceful stay. Amazing breakfast Highly recommend ”

“Exceptional weekend here for a family wedding. From beginning to end every aspect was perfect. The meals were stunning and the staff could not do enough for us. Highly recommended as a wedding venue.”

“The room was a bit tired but was clean and the bed was really comfortable. We were travelling with our dog and the family room we were allocated worked well. Breakfast was continental and you helped yourself from a small kitchen area and then ate in the lounge - this was informal but worked well. Exceptionally friendly staff from the person who checked us in from the lady who was there to clean up after breakfast. We had a drink in the bar which was friendly and very welcoming”
