The rooms were great! Well equipped. Spacious. Comfortable. The pool was super fun for the kids. Two jacuzzis. well located in town.
The only caveat is that there was a band and loud music late right below us. The manager said it wasn't supposed to be and was a one- off situation. If that hadn't happened, it would be a 5 STAR completely!!!

Room, common areas, and amenities were clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good quality.
However, the shuttle did not go to Zephyr Cove despite the website saying it did.
Also, there was no option to connect to streaming services on the TV.
Finally, at Landshark Grill the service was quite slow, didn’t get assistance for 10 minutes after sitting down, in fact the manager had to be the one to ask us if we’d been helped yet, and he flagged the hostess to help us.
Overall was satisfied but would be nice if the issues above were addressed, would really have improved the experience.

Okay room. No AC and no bathroom fan, which was a bit disappointing. Convenient location and walkable distance to restaurants and the lake.
