Everything was amazing but the tv you can only watch one channel . So I believe upgrade on the tv every will be great.

Hoped there are bas equipped as standard room.

A very cozy stay!

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Pennywell in St. Louis from 9/17 to 9/20/26, and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel stays we've experienced. Shortly after checking in on our first night, we found a live cockroach in our room. The following morning, housekeeping entered our room without knocking and told us we were supposed to be checked out that day. We were not scheduled to check out, and the situation was only corrected after the employee realized the mistake. To the hotel's credit, the staff listened to our concerns and offered Hilton Honors points as compensation, which we accepted. However, several days after checkout, those points had still not been credited. We also discovered charges on our final bill for valet parking, a city parking tax, and a "Pennydrop fee." We did not have a car at the hotel and had specifically told staff at check-in that we would be using Uber/Lyft. We also had free breakfast included with our Expedia reservation. When my wife contacted the hotel, we were told that the disputed charges would be reversed, but the charges have since posted to our credit card and have not been removed. Overall, while the staff was pleasant and made verbal commitments to address our concerns, those commitments had not been fulfilled as of the time of this review. Between the cockroach, the housekeeping privacy issue, and the unresolved billing and points problems, our experience was extremely disappointing and we would not recommend this property.
