“We really liked everything about the Ollerod. Two thirds of our breakfasts were provided by Julie, who was so nice. We enjoyed chatting with her about the local area. “Lovely old millhouse hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. All of the staff were super friendly, really good quality fresh ingredients for breakfast, all for a fabulous price!”

“Beautiful setting, full of character. Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast! The regular menu is also excellent. A nice respite in a busy world!”

They even supplied a fan to cool the room, although it wasn't great, it shows a level of care and consideration for guests and was appreciated. The owners we met were friendly and I would definitely consider staying again if we visit the area again. Only negative is they need to remove the cobwebs...
